If you are not able to carry out a repair yourself, we will be pleased to help you. And quickly! Subject to availability of parts, we endeavour to have all repairs returned to you within 5 working days.

But we don’t just repair, we give the machine a complete check as well. If the machine breaks down within three months of a repair, it will be repaired free of charge.

How does the repair process work?

If you have sent us a machine or tool for repair, we will first analyse the problem. If the total costs (repair + hours + transport) is less than £400, you will not receive a quotation in advance. The tool or machine will be repaired immediately and returned. If the cost is higher than £400, you will firstly receive a quotation. If you do not agree to the repair, then we invoice you for the investigation costs at £50. On purchase of a new machine, the investigation costs are cancelled.

For the repair to proceed quickly and simply, we ask you to complete the form below. You will then receive an e-mail from us with further instructions.

Replacement during repairs

It may be possible that you cannot work without the machine or tool. We will then do our very best to carry out the repair as soon as possible for you.

In a case we need more time, but you really cannot manage without the item, we may be able to provide a temporary replacement.
